That's annoying! You will usually receive your gift card by email within 12 hours. In some cases, it can take up to 2 working days. To be sure, check your spam folder or junk mail folder—these emails sometimes end up there.

The standard delivery time for your order is a maximum of 5 working days. As soon as your gift is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace link. This allows you to track the shipment yourself.
Please note:
- During the busy December period, delivery times may be slightly longer.
- Also check your spam folder; the Track & Trace message sometimes ends up there.
- Did you order a plant or dried flowers? These will be delivered separately by a specialized delivery partner. You will also receive a separate Track & Trace code for this.
- If your order has not arrived after 5 working days and you have not received any notification of a delay, please contact the helpdesk.

That's tricky, but fortunately easy to solve! Here are a few things you can check:
1. Typo in the login code?
Some characters look very similar. Check carefully for confusion between, for example:
0 (zero) and O (letter O)
1 (one), l (lowercase L), and i
9 and g
2. Last year's password?
If you have previously received a Keuzekado gift card, your computer may still remember the old password. Try:
Log out
Close browser
Please log in again with this year's correct code.
3. Deleting cookies
Sometimes it helps to delete your cookies and then log in again.
4. Check validity
Check whether your login code is still valid. Has the order period expired? Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to log in.
Still not working?
In that case, it is best to contact the helpdesk. Please include the name of your employer and your email address.

Yes, you can! Most products have a 90-day trial period, during which you can return your gift free of charge without giving a reason. Exceptions to this include gift cards, experiences, subscriptions, Christmas hampers, drinks, food, and books, which cannot be exchanged.
How returns work:
- Go to: https://www.serviceengarantie.nl/en/orderstatus/
- Log in with your order number and zip code
- Right-click on ‘register return’
- Select the items you wish to return
- Select the reason and click ‘send’
After registering, you will receive instructions on how to return the item free of charge. Don't forget to include the packing slip with the package — this is also your proof of purchase.
Please note: Your login details will become invalid once you have made your final choice. If you return the gift, you will receive a new login code to choose a new gift.

Sorry to hear your package hasn’t arrived yet. Normally, your order is delivered within 5 working days. If that time has passed and you haven’t received an email with an updated delivery date or Track & Trace code, it’s best to contact the helpdesk.

Did PostNL mark your package as delivered?
Sometimes a parcel is placed in a sheltered spot or delivered to neighbours without a note. Check around your home and ask your neighbours just in case. -
Was the delivery address a PostNL pickup point or parcel locker?
At a pickup point, parcels remain available for 7 days. After that, they are returned.
At a parcel locker, you must collect your package within 72 hours. After that, it will be moved to a nearby pickup point.
If it’s still unclear where your package is, we can ask PostNL to start an investigation. This usually takes a few days before we receive a response.
